Team Store Terms & Conditions – Please Read Carefully

By placing an order through this team store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Store Close Date: Please take note of the store’s close date. No purchases can be made after the store closes.
Order Fulfillment: All orders will be processed together after the store closes. Delivery will occur within:
- 6 weeks after the closing date (barring any backorders)
Minimum Order Requirement: The store must meet a minimum number of total orders. If this requirement is not met, the buying period may be extended or refunds issued at the store’s discretion.
All Sales Are Final:
- No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once checkout is complete, especially on custom items (including jerseys, names, numbers, etc.).
- The only exception is in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.
- Ken’s Sporting Goods is not responsible for incorrect sizes being ordered. Please refer to size charts and order carefully.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that custom goods are non-refundable under any circumstances other than manufacturing error.
